Policy and mission
Policy and mission of JSC "Zapchast" are based on the following principles:
- Understanding the needs of current and future consumers;
- Chief executives are leaders who establish goals and strategy of the organization;
- Using of abilities of workers for the good of the organization;
- Managing the organization as a process;
- Systemapproachingtomanagement;
- Continuous improvement is the main mission of the organization;
- Making decisions are based on the facts;
- Mutually beneficial cooperation of the organization with Suppliers.
Our mission is to become one of the leading iron and steel companies in Kazakhstan and have the high qualified and competitive products that conform to all international standards.
We must assume that these goals will be achieved, if we will rely on the international experience and the latest engineering achievements in the metallurgy industry, constantly improving our skills and introducing new technologies.
We also should understand that the management arrangements of our company must be built in strict adherence to the standards that have been installed international standard of quality ISO 9000:2000, and the plant will work as a team, spurred on the desire for achieving real results in meeting all consumer requirements.
We must strive to increase the range of products. It means that we have to develop our production, purchase and install new equipment, introduction of new technologies, reduce production costs, reduce labor costs for the production. However, we take responsibility for the quality of our products.
Everything is important in achieving these goals, namely, new technologies, experiments on the production of new products, kindness and advertence to each client, efficiency in the manufacturing and delivery of the products.
We need to keep increasing the range of the products. It means that we have to develop our production, by means of purchasing and installing new equipments, introducing new technologies, reducing production costs, reducing labour costs for the production. However, we take responsibility for the quality of our products.
And finally, the low cost of our product and service must give us thousands of consumers who do not want to pay extra money for the same products of other manufacturers.
Implementation of the Quality Policy is achieved by:
- the systematic study of the dynamics of needs and preventive actions to ensure the readiness of organization to implement them;
- the establishment of personal responsibility in the field of quality of leaders at all levels and of each employee in the workplace;
- the organization of all work on quality in accordance with international standard;
- the organization of the policy and quality objectives implementation through scientific and technical purpose-oriented quality program;
- the optimizing the allocation of human, material and financial resources;
- the systematic study of science and technology achievements in the metallurgy industry, and the permanent work in improving the technological level and competitive ability of products;
- the systematic training and advanced training of staff at all levels;
- the constant monitoring of the production and management processes, on-time required corrective and preventive actions directed to meeting the requirements and improving the quality management system.
The plant management considers its main task - to create, maintain and constantly improve the quality management system, focused on satisfaction of all the parties concerned (consumers, society, shareholders, suppliers, staff, etc.).
The Board of Directors takes the responsibility for implementation of the policy and quality goals.
